Welcome to My Styles. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, subscribing, uploading content, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
Lookalike Avatar Feature — Strict 18+ Only. The Lookalike avatar feature (including uploading selfies or full-body photos for avatar generation) is available only to users aged 18 and over. By using this feature, you confirm you are 18 or older, the images are of yourself, and you have the legal right to provide them.
We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Lookalike feature. If we become aware that images of a minor have been uploaded, we will delete them and may suspend or terminate the account.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including photos and images ("User Content"). You agree not to upload content that:
We may remove User Content, restrict your access, or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these rules.

The Platform includes AI try-on and outfit visualisation features intended for style inspiration and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:
AI outputs are approximate digital representations. You are responsible for purchase decisions and any reliance on results is at your own discretion.

Where the Platform offers a lookalike avatar concierge service, you acknowledge and agree that:

All Platform content and technology — including code, UI, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software — are owned by or licensed to My Styles App Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

The Platform may include links to third-party retailers, including affiliate links. We may receive a commission from qualifying purchases. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party products, pricing, delivery, returns, or policies. Purchases made through third parties are subject to the retailer's terms.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we collect and process personal data as described there.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, attempt to compromise Platform systems, or upload prohibited User Content.
You may request deletion of your account at any time. On termination or deletion, you lose access to the Platform. We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and security.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Styles App Ltd from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or changes in law. If changes are material, we will notify you via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
